Currently the owner of Habitat Construction in Houston, Texas, he has successfully managed the end-to-end homebuilding process, fostering strong relationships with clients and trades. Previously, he served as Vice President at Compass Services, where he expanded the company's operations and implemented training programs. With experience spanning residential and commercial design-build projects in both the U.S. and Venezuela, Uri has demonstrated expertise in quality control, project bidding, and execution. An architect by training, he holds an honorable degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar and has received accolades for his leadership and design excellence.

James Benarroch is an entrepreneur and business strategist with over two decades of experience spanning real estate investment, technology, and global business consulting. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AR Future Holdings, he has led residential development projects in South Florida, overseeing acquisition, capital structuring, budget management, and construction. His prior ventures include founding LED-LS, where he pioneered innovative LED lighting solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects across Latin America. With an MBA from Babson College and extensive experience in strategic planning from his tenure at Arthur Andersen, James combines a deep understanding of market dynamics with a proven ability to execute complex, high-value projects.
